Since 1996, Hard Rock Cafe Hollywood continues to rock Universal CityWalk. From outside, you can't miss the Taj Mahal influenced building or the giant Fender guitar fountain that serves as staple landmarks, but the interior is also a sight that should not be left unseen. As you enter past a Stone Temple Pilots guitar or clothes worn by Velvet Revolver in their first video, you'll see the revolving Cadillac, that was given from HRC Founder Peter Morton to his secretary, perched over the center bar and start to feel the pulse of rock music while being immersed into a world of authentic rock history.
The main floor seats 300 diners, and is available for a reception style event of over 500 guests. If you're lucky, you'll also find occasional performances by such talent as Styx, Melissa Etheridge, Common, DMC, just to name a few. Imagine an intimate performance by your favorite band or rocking out with Guitar Hero on the stage during your private event.
The Mezzanine overlooks the entire Cafe and CityWalk Plaza and seats 160 diners. With its own fully-stocked bar, it is the perfect space for any semi-private event for up to 175 guests.
During the warmer spring and summer months, the outside patios on both levels are a great place to enjoy our legendary cuisine or one of our signature drinks. The patios are also available for private events.
