About the Pittsburgh AIDS Task Force:

The Pittsburgh AIDS Task Force (PATF) strives to be the leader in providing innovative support services that improve the health and quality of life for all individuals living with HIV/AIDS and to be relentless in preventing the spread of the virus.

Founded in 1985, PATF provides the region’s most comprehensive HIV prevention programming including free, anonymous HIV testing, targeted outreach to those most at risk of HIV infection and a Speakers Bureau that reaches more than 6,000 individuals each year. PATF also provides critical support services – such as housing, utility assistance and a food pantry – for more than 550 individuals living with HIV/AIDS each year.
